Using the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, we claim compensation from your debtors. To read the original act just click here, or to read the regulations click here.

If you qualify to use this legislation, we will write to your debtor at no cost to you, to demand payment.

If we are able to obtain payment from the debtor, the late payment compensation fee is payable to us for the work we do for you. If we can't obtain the payment, there is no charge whatsoever for the letter(s) we write.
