If you send your instructions by fax we use smart technology and smart people to receive the fax electronically (we don’t like having paper for the sake of it) and we again can keep the costs down.

We recognise however, that not everyone is a whizz kid or has regular internet access (maybe you’re on the road and get the urge to chase up a payment) and so we have a team of eager individuals ready to take your call and your instructions.

However, because we don’t penalise our electronically savvy customers by making them pay for other labour intensive areas of the business, we charge you a premium fee for a telephone instruction.

Then we prepare and despatch the letters YOU want straight away, first class to anywhere in the United Kingdom. We let you log in to a secure web site to see who has been sent which letters and when they were sent and then you can decide what to do next if the debt isn’t paid on time.

We give you a whole range of letters to send not just the usual final demand, we recognise that issuing court proceedings is a last resort so we give you lots of ways to rehabilitate an account rather than just go for the jugular so to speak, although we’re ready to help you do that too when you want to.
