Premium Debt Service

If you can't use our free debt service or aren't able to use our standard debt service, then our premium debt service is for you. It's very simple to use.

Just telephone our instructions hotline, details of which come in our welcome pack after you have signed up.

We will take your username and password from you. You must have these handy, as we cannot accept instructions without them under any circumstances.

Our telephone operators will take your instructions and then our partner law firms will send out the demand letter of your choice from a range of available letters.

You decide which one suits your customers best.

You will need to have the following information to hand BEFORE you call:

• Your username and password
• The debtors full business name (including details if they are a limited company or not)
• The debtors full business address (where they trade from)
• The amount owing (excluding any compensation and interest)
• The date of last invoice and when payment became due
• What the debt is for, for example, goods sold and delivered or services rendered

Our partner law firms don't charge any commission if you're successful and there are no other charges to pay.

The charges for our partner law firms solicitors letters are the same as our standard service.

The premium for instructing our partner law firm by telephone is £2 per instruction.

Remember, there are no other charges whatsoever. If the letter results in payment to you, you owe nothing except the fixed price letter charge, even if you recover all of your compensation!
