Debt Pricing
Getting a straight answer from a law firm about what it is going to cost is often difficult. The price varies depending how much work they think you might give them that leads to the juicy and expensive (for you) litigation.
We're upfront about our cost and it is the same whether you use us once or often, for one debt or hundreds (and we don't tie you in with any contracts or minimum volumes either).
We do however recognise that as a smart business person (you know a good deal when you see one) you will want a discount if you instruct us with volume use. If you think you will use over 1000 letters a year, we don't mind on the mix, we offer a sliding scale of discounts starting at 10%. Just contact us to find out what we can do.
What's the deal?
If you qualify to use our free debt service, and you prefer that method, there is no cost.
We charge the debtor late payment compensation if you are entitled to and if we (or you) recover any money, we will keep that amount in full settlement of the bill. You also keep any interest that is paid too.
Any demand letter from the range can be sent. If it's a straight forward demand letter then it's only £2. If it includes a claim for late payment compensation and interest it's just £5.
