B2C: Standard Debt Service

If you can't use our free debt recovery service, or perhaps if you want to claim back your Late Payment compensation and Interest, then our standard collection service is simple and easy.

Our partner law firms will send out the demand letter of your choice from a range of available letters. You decide which one suits your customers best. If you want to manage your own collection strategy with multiple letters starting with overdue payment reminders or just send a single final deman, it's your call.

Our partner law firms do not charge any commission if you're successful and there are no other charges to pay.

For just £2 you can have a basic demand letter sent out.

For just £5 you can have a demand letter sent which also claims your late payment interest and compensation.

Remember there are no other charges whatsoever. If the letter results in payment to you, you nothing except the fixed price of the letter charged, even if you recover all of your compensation!

To use our service you just need to contact us and then either send us a spreadsheet of your outstanding accounts or fax them to us.
